Refund policy

At MP Sports Cards, we specialize in trading cards and collectible products. Due to the nature of the collectibles market and the volatility of trading card values, most items sold through mpsportscards.com are final sale.

Please review the policy below before making a purchase.


Trading Cards & Sealed Trading Card Products

All sales of trading cards and sealed trading card products are final.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Individual trading cards

  • Hobby boxes

  • Blaster boxes

  • Packs

  • Factory sealed cases

These items cannot be returned or refunded for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Market price changes

  • Pull results from packs or boxes

  • Condition expectations

  • Buyer’s remorse

The only exception is if MP Sports Cards ships an incorrect item.

If you believe you received the wrong item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

sales@mpsportscards.com

Please include photos of the item and shipping packaging so we can review the issue.


Card Supplies & Accessories

Returns for card supplies and accessories (including sleeves, toploaders, binders, and display cases) may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

To be eligible for consideration:

  • The item must be unused

  • The item must be in original packaging

  • The return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


Damaged Shipments

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If an item arrives damaged during shipping, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of:

  • The damaged item

  • The shipping box

  • The shipping label

This information helps us resolve the issue quickly and file any necessary carrier claims.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Trading cards

  • Sealed trading card products once opened

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards


Refund Processing

If a return is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Please allow several business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.


Policy Enforcement

MP Sports Cards reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy and to deny returns or refunds in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or violation of this policy.
